Credit Report - Help!

Hi All,

I have a question about my credit report, which i hope somebody could help with me. I was declared bankrupt on 2nd May 2008 and subsequently discharged on 15th January 2009. I have the following credit agreements on my report which I have a question about. See below:

1)
Lender Type Status Balance Update
WELCOME FINANCIAL Loan Settled 2/8/2009

Company name: WELCOME FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD
Account type: Loan
Special Instruction Indicator: Partial Settlement
Special Instruction Start Date: 01/08/2009
Started: 12/07/2007
Current Balance: Settled
Repayment Period: Monthly Payment: £106 over 37 months
Settled On: 20/07/2009
File Updated for the Period to: 02/08/2009

Q 1 - Welcome Finance have just recently updated the account with the Partial Settlement instruction. But have stated the settled on as 20/7/2009. Shouldnt this date be 2nd May (day i went bankrupt) ? Just wanted to double check before I sent a letter back to them.

2)
Lender Type Status Balance Update
BARCLAYS BANK PLC Current Account Satisfactory £2,663 08/06/2008

Company name: BARCLAYS BANK PLC (WOOLWICH)
Account type: Current Account
Started: 12/12/1994
Overdraft Balance: £2,663
Overdraft Limit: £2,500
Settled On: 13/05/2008
File Updated for the Period to: 08/06/2008

Q 2 - Barclays Bank have a settled on date as 13/5/2008, which i dont mind as its close enough to bankruptcy. But my questions relates to the balance of the account. It still quoted as a balance of £2,663. Should I send them letter to change this to settled or satisfied, or should I just leave it as it is?

Thanks for you help in advance!
