we do have pizza in the freezer so it will have to be that but it go's back on the fact i am trying to get my family off convience food but dh will be in his element with a frozen pizza as strange as it sounds
the subject of photos the photographer was in playschool today and i must admit i desperatly want a nice picture of both boys for my wall (as horrible as it sounds the baby is 9 month and we have 1 small photo of him yet loads of his brother) but dh has also said we will get some of the pictures for his family hence ive had to order 2 sets to keep them happy, my mil expects largish photos of them for her wall a trend started by my sil(they have no debt her dh has a good job(he is also in the army she used to be too) and also get dla for there one child they both had good jobs untill she had the baby so just saved lots) each time we go down there i get the dig about the photos on the wall so i guess this amount spent is more to keep her happy but one day i know im just going to explode at herDFW nerd club number 039'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' :money: i will be debt free aug 2010

ahh the eternal school photos issue. Tell you what someones making a pretty penny out of parents arnt they? If there is any way you can avoid this, then do. My folks used to get one "set" and give the little ones to family, and the big one themselves. Also what you can do is get the big one only and take it to a copyshop ( brilliant quality these days) and get them to copy it for about a quid a go. Thats should keep them quiet and your bank balance happier?! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Managed to make 2 shepherd pie's 1 for tonight 1 for freezer and enough spag ball sauce for 2 meals all out of 2 pks mince!!!!
Only thing is i found a sweet potatoe in cupboard so decided rather than throw it i would add it to mashed pot for shep pie and now they look a bit orange and child unfriendly so am going to have to try and brown really well under grill so that kid's don't notice!!! :eek:0 -

Be very careful here. A lot (in fact almost 100% these days) copyright the photo so that they own it and have the reproduction rights to it.
Yes i'd do it too because photographers are getting v greedy these days. Just don't be suprised if a copy shop refuses to do them)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Just had a little nap ( one of those bonuses for a day off work) and I had a dream about yellow reduced to clear labels. Everything in the supermarket had a yellow label and I was the only one in the store....
Who else reckons I might be a bit obsessed? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

My DFW stylee stuff is pretty thin on the ground today:
1. Took HM lunch to work (but then again I always do so I guess I am just making it look better here!!)
2. Got lifts in to work & home to once again save bus fare (phew!!)
3. Got some more loo roll from Tescos on special offer (£1 for 4 rolls of the velvety stuff - not literally!! :rotfl: )
4. Doing some washing to go out on line as it is sunny & breezy = perfect weather for drying.
And that's it. Not much is it? But better than nowt I suppose.Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
