Chocolate fountain

Anyone got one of these? Are they worth the money or just a waste of a good bar of chocolate.
They have one in my local shop for £7.99, and i am debating wether to buy it or not. I know it's cheap but when your a DFW, £7.99 is 3 days shopping. LOL

I suspect they will be a complete waste of money, used a couple of times then so faffy to wash and set up that it gets shoved in the back of the cupboard. Plus I suspect if the chocolate is left in to be reused it could be a bit of a breeding ground for bugs.
    DFW?

We bought my daughter one for Christmas and it has been a big hit particularly at sleepover parties. It is very easy to wash and the chocolate which I have found works best in it is Asda/Tescos own brand. I usually use about 6 large bars which costs under £3 so I don't feel it is too expensive. I would never leave the chocolate in it and always wash and put it away after use.
