Forms you get before the OR Interview

A quick question – after you’ve been to court and petitioned for B/R -

What is the “paperwork” that the OR sends you before the interview?

And do they have any particular names i.e. Form so and so.

Is it possible to download the paperwork beforehand?

Hi there

Got mine today and I needed to sign a notice setting out my duties, a tax and NI disclosure and an ethnic monitoring form.

This was sent directly from ORs office and therefore no you cant download them.
