Early discharge & BRO query

Hi

First post, so please be gentle.

I went BR on 25th March 09. The only previous correspondence I have had from the OR was a few days after the court date, saying that an interview was not required. I have been unemployed since BR so no IPO.

Today I received a EDREV letter talking about the OR maybe applying to the court for early discharge and have completed the IPOQ form as requested. I know that early discharge is not guaranteed.

Was expecting to maybe have a BRO as I took out some credit quite close to petitioning for BR.

My question is, if I have received the letter about the possibility of early discharge, does this generally mean that a BRO should not be sought by the OR?

Thanks
