I'm just [STRIKE]waiting worrying [/STRIKE]wondering about when my OR interview will be. I went BR and havn't heard anything other than my case is now being held somewhere else in the country as my OR was extremely busy.
Anyway, I was thinking back to BR on Monday and remembered that the court clerk said I might not even need an interview seeing as I submitted my forms online and everything will be stored in the database. Is this true? Anyone not had an interview? I find this hard to believe because we have the house and car to talk about.

Depends how simple cases are if you fill in the forms with enough information sometimes you'll get a "no interview" letter....BUT with assets the OR will probably be in touch soon as they can...the offices can be busy so you may not hear anything for a couple of weeksWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
Thanks, I shouldn't be worried, I've done nothing untoward and everything is above board (as it can be when you've taken money and not going to give it back) I know why i'm in debt and can justify everything.
Thanks again0 -
Hiya
When I went BR on Weds, the court I dealt with didnt do the usual phone call to the OR but said they would be in touch and they were late in the day and the chap said I might not need an interview however I received the paperwork from the ORs office today and I will be getting interviewed which I fully expected as I have assets. Like Phil said its probably just a busy/time thing.
Take care
