Fake GHD refund-is it possible?

hello again everyone,

I mentioned this on another thread, but a few months ago I bought what I thought was genuine GHD 'pure' straighteners (looked identical to the real thing, right down to the hologram on the barcode sticker!)
However when I was using them they were rubbish really, but I kept persisting thinking they might get better!

When I went to try and sell them on ebay my sale was withdrawn and I got an e-mail saying the person i had bought them from had informed e-bay that I was selling fake GHDs!

Someone (apologies, can't remember who!) mentioned on here that I should be entitled to get my money back, from paypal if not e-bay.

Any thoughts?
