I have a DMP with Payplan for 54k worth of debt, with the amount i pay per month it will take me for ever to pay it back.

Can anyone give me an estimate as to what amount i would need to find per month with that debt if i was on an IVA

    It is possible to get IVAs accepted on as little as 20% AFTER court fees, but in practise I should be more towards 30%.

    I would estimate for £54k it would need to be £350+
    Debt as at 12th July 2006 - £61,345 :eek: :eek: :eek:
    Debt free 21st Oct 2011.

    Yeah, around £350 per month, maybe a little less.

    If we're looking at an insolvency solution...
