They went really quickly - only got my e-mail from them today a few hours ago & they were already gone by the time I opened it. Well done those who got them. For some reason I missed it on here. Oh, now I remember the site was v. busy and thought I would try again later ...... Jordans were a bit late with my e-mail then!!!!!!!! They'd already gone before they sent it today.

Thank you for your email regarding our Truly Tropical Frusli Bar giveaway. I am sorry that you weren't able to claim your free bar. Unfortunately there was exceptionally high demand and the 5000 sample bars that we had, were all given away within the first 20 minutes of the newsletter being sent out, and are no longer available.
The email newsletter was sent to all of our registered fans at lunchtime on 14th August, unfortunately those who are registered with hotmail accounts would not have received theirs until Sunday, this is due to how hotmail process our emails and not something that we can affect.
As a loyal Jordans fan, I am sure that you will be aware that we have many competitions and offers available on our website, and would like to reassure you that there will be further offers and giveaways in the future.

Could you not open a seperate account just for such things?

I suppose you could sign up with a different e-mail address, but at the end of the day those who have signed up with a hotmail account are at a disadvantage seems a tad unfair but there we go thats life I guess I'm not going to get upset about a missed free muesli bar but the principle of the matter is that what is the point in signing up to their newsletter if you are going to be the last to know and have missed out on the promtional offers due to the fact that you have a hotmail acc.!
