I went down to London to pitch my innovative (ahem!) kitchen idea to Heston and the lady from Lakeland etc and surprisingly had a really fun day. The other contestants were lovely and most of them seemed not to be taking it too seriously. The scariest thing was having to do a "peice to camera" (get me!) where I kept kitting the microphone because I was waving my arms around so much!
I'm fairly sure I know which will win the £10 000 price money (and if I'm right the person is really, really nice) but have to wait until October for confirmation.
