Freezing Khol rabi?

Anyone every grated khol rabi and froze it to add to currys and spag bogs etc?

Does it freeze ok?

I have loads in my allotment that are ready to dig up.

    Would be inclined to pick the kohl rabi and store in a dry, cool place rather than freeze, should keep quite well. You may even leave most of it in the ground unless you need the space.
