Looking for a flexible loan

I am looking to borrow £2,000. I would prefer a loan which allows for no repayments in the beginning 2 to 3 months and permits early repayments without penalty. I have a reasonable credit record. Can anyone please recommend a suitable loan? Many thanks in advance.

Does it have to be a loan?
For that amount you could get an interest free or low LOB card. Some cards (Virgin??) only take £5 as min. repayment regardless of amount o/s during interest free period.

Thanks for your reply. The problem with a credit card is, it is pretty difficult to take cash out;I would have to take out the money as a cash advance and pay the fees incurred.

Hi, we've just taken out a £3k loan with Cahoot to get a new car, we've cut the cost of purchasing the car by spreading some of the expenditure on a couple of 0% cc's. The main reason we went with cahoot is because we can over pay, so when I get a couple of bonuses later on in the year I'm gonna pay it straight off the loan.

With the virgin credit card you could do a 'super' balance transfer. You would incur fees which I think would be about 40 for 2000. The only other way would be to go through with a Cahoot flexible loan but you would have to pay about 40 in min payments for the first few months instead of the 5 for the virgin credit card.
