my remortgage decision

My 3yr discount from SVR is up this month. My mortgage is part interest only, part repayment. I've got about 23 years left to go. (It's with Furness BS).

Here's what I have now:
£66,000 repayment (this is changing) currently 1.1% off SVR(5.44%) = 4.34.%
£38,950 interest only (not changing). Lifetime discount of 1.6% off SVR(5.44%) = 3.89%

The repayment part is up for renewal, i can have 1.1% discount off SVR for the term of the mortgage with a 3% repayment charge (in 3 years) or a 1.65 3yr discount off SVR with the same 3% repayment charge. Booking fee's are both around £500-700

I'm not sure if this lifetime discount thing that i got a while ago is worth keeping or if I should be looking elsewhere. I see for example that first direct have SVR of 3.69% with £299 arrangement fee available.

Furness customer service is great, no complaints at all. I'm just not brand loyal for anything and wondering if I should if should go through the hassle of a switch to another lender or not? Furness didn't drop their SVR everytime BofE dropped the base rate so I'm wondering if they would be the same on the way back up and keep it fairly similar.
