Woolies 8ft tramp - any probs with del?

Hi, I just wondered if anyone had ordered and received the deal on Woolworths site at the minute (8ft trampoline and enclosure for £99).

I ordered these on the 11th, got the enclosure on the 14th of April but although the trampoline was to be delivered on or before the 18th I haven't received it. Contacted the customer service through the site but to be honest they're worse than useless.

Apparently it's with the courier and they've asked it to be delivered (they told me that both almost a week ago and today).

Anyone had a similar experience or have you been really lucky and actually got both bits? :mad:

I ordered on the 12 April 2006 19:56.
I got notification that the trampoline left 14-Apr-2006
and the enclosure left woolies 18 April 2006 05:52

The delivery chap rang me today to arrange delivery of both tomorrow.25th APRIL. which is the expected date of delivery on my order confirmation.

As it's going to my grandchildren at a different address I passed on their phone no. Will let you know tomorrow evening if both bits are delivered and OK. But touch wood at the moment I've nothing to complain about.

I ordered mine instore and paid cash-when it arrived it was just the net

customer services claimed thats what was ordered, but the shop swear they ordered both

CS wanted me to wait 10 days before they could collect it, another week while they "inspected it for any evidence of customer damage" and yet another week for them to send me a receipt to take instore to finally get my cash refund, some 3 or 4 weeks later...

I politely but firmly stood my ground,had a refund instore the same day & went elsewhere...

Apparently now out of stock on website.Tried to buy instore had trampolines but no nets. :-(
