Some help needed SOA and how to apply for BR

I am doing this for OH and as far as I know its all correct....Kind of confused as to end part of this SOA but sure all you guys will be able to work it out?
Mortgage is 450 a month house is worth around 74 (Nov last year) we are 3,00 in arreas and have a 10,000 loan on top of mortgage which is 110% with Northern Rock we have called them this week and they said we can volentry give the house up but they are in process of repossesing at the minute....We are not bothered what they do with the house as we have moved in with my parents anyway
Also we actually cant afford the cost of going bankrupt atm but should be able to in a few weeks do we call the courts and ask them to send out the forms? We cant print anything out
All this debt is in OH name not mine and I really need to get it all sorted as I have a 1 month old baby and a OH thats so depressed he tried to top himself last week as its all getting on top of him so is now on Prozac as a result its all a bit of a nightmare right now tbh so any in put would be cool as I need all the help I can get right now

((hugs)) my sweet. I would ring the court and get an appointment for when you have the money together, they will send you a BR form to fill in. Make sure you read the first post of the Bankruptcy Help sticky as there is a lot of info there.

If you are not paying the mortgage and your parents will forgo the rent for a month or so you will have the BR fee quite quickly. Are the other utilities for your old house? If so you won't be paying that amount. You will have to work out whether your parents charge a rent including bills or rent plus a contribution to bills.

You can do it a bit at a time and it will be saved for you.
It's your local County Court you need to ring, give them a call today incase it's a long wait, some courts are 6 weeks at the moment.
