Ann Sieg, Renegade Network Marketer - a scam?

Has anyone come across this:

To me, it looks like a scam, especially as I've picked up from MSE that these schemes basically charge you for information you can get free.
I'm genuinely interested in anyone from here who's got any experience of this system - I'm afraid I don't trust testimonials on these websites. I want to talk to 'real' people!

It all looks a bit hyped to me. If you google "Ann Sieg" you will get some people's experience.
I can't believe that she has the only answers and secrets of success, and in times like these you certainly need to be careful with money and see if you can get the information free elsewhere.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

Just the layout of the page screams scam to me.

If she was so good at Network Marketing she would be implementing it with her downline not sharing it with all and sundry for a fast buck. She'd be building on her business.
