    Each to his own ...

I always found the old ones a bit of a jumble sale, although useful for cheap clothes for the boys.

And when there was the one with two floors, I always managed to be on the wrong floor somehow, and there were massive queues on one floor or the other.

Can't imagine how they're coping with 4 floors!

I think they have something like 57 tills.

I went there yesterday - it was good, quite spacious inside and despite being really busy, I didn't have to queue for the tills! I'll have a proper look around tomorrow, I just zoomed in for the stuff I wanted and straight back out again.
  • I'll venture in when they smarten up their company ethics - £1 a t-shirt is a nice deal, but do you really think they're paying adults a fair wage...more like small children getting paid pennies.

    Each to their own though.

To be fair, at one point, Primark were signed up to the Ethical Trade Initiative. Although I've just checked and they're not on the list any more!

Those who have been, DH said "Do they still have a cafe?" What he means is that have Primark opened a cafe in their new store, because House of Fraser always had one in that site. So did anyone notice? That's all he'd go in for!

  • It's where the old House of Frasier was - next to Debenhams by the 5102 building.

as a cardiffian rather than a bristolian i'm afraid that means little to me :o

  • It's right at the end of the M32 :)

Even if it means little to you - if you drive into Bristol you can't miss Debenhams or the 5102 (presuming you're coming from the motorway, which you would from Cardiff)

    or even easier

    Yes it's in the centre
