How easy is it to find a fee-free all of market broker?

Personal recommendation is normally the best route to take on this though

out of moneyquest or l &c, I have had client feedback on both, and the general consensus is that moneyquest are far better.

However, if you want to see someone face to face, ask around for recommendations.
