What stores online/highstreet have you had problems with Coop Cashminder Card?

My local council don't accept electron for council tax payments. That is the only place I've tried that doesn't accept it.

Does your card start with 4508? If it does - see above posts - it is an electron card disguised by another name.

I dont do much shopping on the net but what i have purchased on-line the transactions have been fine using my electron card, my card is registered on paypal and a lot of shops accept paypal so i dont have any problems. I have never had problems on the high street.
However i went to a furniture clearance sale the other day to buy a suite and the sellers were using the old roller card transaction device where you insert the paper and debit card and manually roll it to get yr card number, i have not seen one of these for years, anyhow as my cashminder card does not have the raised number they could not accept it.
