BB-my washing machine "lies" to me about the time remaining too-Is it really worth stressing about? It's done it since it was new, when it says "2mins" it takes at least 6...it's a Hotpoint Ultima 7kg model if that helps....

thing is - it is literally brand new today and shouldn't be sticking. It was spinning for a while and I thought - that's a long few minutes (i'd seen it at 6 minutes quite a bit before) and when I saw 1 minute, I waited and waited and waited - what if I'd have gone out and left it - would the motor have just burned out?!! Oddly enough it is a 7kg hotpoint.......I googled hotpoints sticking and it might need something re-setting in it. I don't pay over £400 for something for it to be not working right from the outset. I knew I was daft to buy a hotpoint after vowing never to.

I want to play this game. Now.

it was ok. it is being on the reception of the city council office next to the market sq in Cambridge, so answering the phone and dealing with the public walking into the building.

I did my Jury service in there :D:D, before they moved it to the new building - are you in the bit round the back or the side?
