You really should but I know that the nusiance of work means its a no go. You take syndol right? Brilliant stuff! especially good send me to sleep!

I like all the CSI's but Mumtoone is right, New York takes a bit of getting of used to! can't believe you haven't seen Miami I really like it and sadly I fancy Horatio Caine :o:o:o. And I wonder why I am single!

Ok, I confess, I quite fancy him to, dont know why!

Head is much better, today was moderately successful, I painted, I put my desk up I chucked stuff, I moved my classroom round and I don't have to go in till Friday but I am tutoring tomorrow.

Good luck with the tutoring, guess its still going ok.

I also tidied two book shelves and put away some school stuff. Plus chucked out 3 toiletries that are so old and never going to be used!

    Tomorrow's list
    1. Move conservatory round for God's Sake.
    2. Sort clothes out for tutoring
    3. Take all my other crap upstairs and tidy up downstairs.
    4. Pack my bag for !!!!!! work on Friday.
    5. Go to tutoring
    6. Come home and try not to be depressed. :o
    7. Make my signs for my room and Laminate stuff.

I was happy in my room today. However I know from years of experience that a few days back and i will be sad.

    xxxxx

That was a lovely dream re your dad, guess the places made sense, maybe hes showing you the future, you've moved on, the others running, their still looking for their life, and ur dream uve found it, almost as though he is giving you the approval to do it, I would sense he was a strong, almost distinguished man, very upstanding, but from other peoples perception they would see him as being cold, but those that know him, his heart was huge.xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • Thank you Mumto one, no one would describe my dad as cold tho, he was very friendly! we knew everyone at our old place.

The dream just made me happy, gave me some peace and maybe a bit of hope. I don't know. It was just odd to have such a vivid dream

    cheers hon xxx

I am tutoring later and go back to work tomorrow.

I have made some good debt repayments tidied the shed of doom, seen my friends, had some good nights out and had lots of rest.

I realised that my spots are almost definitely caused by stress (not had any for 6 weeks!)

Things are good with Mum, in terms of me and her.I am realy worried about her health. She has this constant cough and has had it for months but the doctors say it cos she takes so many tablets - however I think she thinks she only coughs when she takes them (3 times a day I think) and that is what she has told the doc. But she coughs loads (when she speaks, when she eats) I think I am going to write to the doctors and say its getting worse. I don't know if it will do any good. but I am so tired of worrying about what it could be I have to do something.

Workwise I am dreading it, utterly dreading it, I can't find my diary and I want to sit and cry. But it has to be done. I shall keep looking for another job but everything takes so bloody long.

House wise - not great, still got stuff to sort out and put/give away. I am going to do some stuff over the weekend to get it straight whether Mum minds or not. It could be so nice but we are both stuck in our routines.

I am going to make a schedule for my week so I can keep on top of things.

Even the thought of work has made me feel sick. getting that horrible crunched up feeling again.

    xxxx

    Hello Buffy,

I know that the return to work seems daunting and, maybe, there isn't much you can do about the working day itself. How about trying to change your before and after work routines from the last Term. I often take a different route home after a sh ite day or just go to a different shop to get a small treat for dinner.
Small stuff so often makes the big stuff easier.
Good Luck with the new year, you never know...your old enemy may get himself promoted away, or have an accident with a long stay in Hospital:rolleyes:
    You never know your luck.
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

  • Afternoon all!

Work was !!!!, but i am not especially suprised, you hope that in six weeks they would have fixed the computer system and made the printer work....but no. So I am now printing all my schemes of work and lesson plans off at home plus all the colour stuff I need for display. Its a joy. We got kicked out too. Honestly its like organised chaos!

Aside from that it was good to see a few of the people I work with, I am looking forward to seeing the kids Monday and actually think I might enjoy the whole getting ready thing.

I do love my job just not the way I have to do it if you see what I mean!

Money wise I am about to make my payment a day and check my balances.

I do have a headache so its time to finish my tea and have a nap. I don't know how people with children cope cos honestly if I had kids now I would have drugged them so I could have a sleep!! so hats off to Mums everywhere!

    will update later

I understand what you mean. I have thought about going into teaching, but I'm not sure I'd like all the red tape part of it, and probably the naughty kids part of it as well lol...

Am sat in the dark as the washing machine tripped my electric - now it's the only thing on just in case it trips again!!

  • Oops I forgot to update!

Hi Raquela Hi Beanie Hi Urg xxxxx

I made a mistake in the banking this month, I had set up a standing order to pay the CC but also paid it manually (!) so that has left my slightly skint BUT it has also meant that for the first time in over a year I have a cc under a thousand pounds! Of course I have another one at around 1000 but that is beside the point!

Next months wages will be heading towards the cc and I will be CC free for Christmas cos 2010 is all about getting shot of egg(which should be just over 10,000 by Christmas and ready for over payments a go go!

I have a HUGE list of things to do but had been a bit ill this morning so just waiting to feel a bit more with it before I venture out to the high street for back to school stuff.

Hope everyone has a lovely day (its sunny here !)
