    ok thaks all.
    im going to phone CAB tomorrow,with the view of going BR after my house is sold on 18/09/09.
    i will make sure my lawyer has registered the change of ownership.(how long does this take??????)

    just another quick question....
    i have a credit union account which i dont use,however my mum used this account for 2yrs,at present she has £250 in her savings account+owes about£500 which she pays every week at £20.00.
    do i have to tell the O.R or A.I.B? when im filling out forms.do they check?
