if i was drawing 250 id have saved most of it, with being used to living on 13000 therefore id be buying outright and cant understand why at 21 you would want what must obviously be a massive house at 900k. why get tied down to a ginormous mortgage ..

If everything is in your dads name and earnings are 250k then he will probably be able to get a 75-80% mortgage on a 900k house. If none of the assetts businesses or income is in your name then you can get a mortgage for 75% of nowt.

There is a saying "you reap what you sow". If you come on here sowing bovine excrement in our minds, that is exactly what you will reap. Good luck in getting the mortgage you are after. :)
We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

So exactly what is you personal annual income? It does not seem to be 250K as you first intimated.
