Work from home.

I'm sure there has been loads on this before but the search function isnt working for me!!

Just testing the water really for my girlfriend who would love to work from home. Are there any good websites to look at? Does anyone have any bad experiences??

Obviously we have a computer and phone line, i guess this is important if thinking about working from home!!

Any help much appreiated.

Unfortunately there is no 'magic' website to teach your girlfriend to be self employed. Any website/mailing that claims that you can earn '£500 for working just a few hours a week' is a con.

Your girlfriend needs to think about what she enjoys doing that she could turn into a job working from home. She then has to research her idea and decide if it is viable or not, she has to actively pursue her idea, nobody else will do it for her!

I'm starting up a part time business and as part of my research, I've looked on https://www.startups.co.uk, the Business Link website and attended a course about becoming self employed run by the Inland Revenue. I've also found the library a really good source of business books.
