I'm back

The rain has stopped and the sun is shining - quite corny but it reflects my mood exactly !

Felt a bit miserable this morning with the prospect of shopping but I'm feeling great now - it was a real eye opener as I usually shop in CS but went to the 'high street' today instead!

I bought something fro New L99k !!! :j In fact I bought a few things . 2 long vest tops (very colourful), a boyfriend cardi (black ...... it was the only colour I could get that would go with both vests) and 10 pairs of knickers . I've got to go back for the knickers though as I left my card at home (doh ! ) and only had the cash to pay for half of it. They've put them to one side for me though and I'll pop in once I pick DS up from school (town is opposite the school so no hardship to go there).

I also bought some skinny jeans (never would have even tried any on if it wasn't for you lot praising them all the time :T), a shirt/boyfriend cardi combi and a nautical striped top.

I really wanted some ballerina pumps but didn't see any that I liked so I'll wait until the weekend I think.

Bank account now empty of all ebay proceeds but I'm really happy with my purchases and I'll pop blog pics up later.

Now I need to go and make a birthday cake ! Chocolate with chocolate buttercream filling and chocolate topping with chocolate buttons - hubby likes chocolate ....... can't you tell? :rotfl:

Thank you too for the lovely comments on my blog. I did take the picture side-on so it did make me look a bit better than a full frontal but I promise I'll take a full frontal (fully clothed ! :eek: lol) tomorrow .

Right, going to go and make a mess in the kitchen .... catch up later xx

Edit: I knew there was something I wanted to say ! Piratefairy DEFINITELY the red ....... I lurveeeeeeeeeee them !!!! I want them !!! I don't really need them !!!! hahahhahahah I daren't buy them after what i've spent this morning :eek: :rotfl:

I'm not even looking! Wouldn't dare. My hubby just got a bonus and gave me enough money to pay off 50% of my credit card bills on the premise that I pay the rest of by the end of the year.

Anyway - I feel like pants today, bleurgh. Only dressed because I have too.

Eep..Too many nice shoes, I have stepped away from the website, at least until Thursday (payday!) woop that's tomorrow!! so excited that i for once will get all of my wages for me (think i'm making progress girls.....!)

ETA - jtb, i'm always doing things like that..forgetting card and then spending more than i have and having to leave seomthing to pick up later..luckily most of the independant shops i buy from in my town are owned by friends, so i can usually get away with paying for things next time i;m in, although i try not to make a habit of that!!
