oh before I forget following the grey nail varnish discussion the other day, I was in George today and they had their own brand nail vanish in grey for £1 a bottle

Sorry to hijack the thread with my eBay woes again , but thanks to you guys' advice I opened a Paypal issue. Seller immediately escalated this to a claim (not sure why) but emailed me saying that she has withdrawn all her money and Paypal will have no way of getting any money back from her.

Paypal have asked me to send the jumper back to her, which I'll do recorded tomorrow (glad to get it out of my flat - man it stinks, smells really bad!) just wondering what authority Paypal actually has if she has no money in her account?

Sorry, bit off topic. Today's outfit was a silver grey tunic dress over skinnies with knee high black boots.

PF- your place looks amazing with all those windows along the front - you must get so much light. As a SAD sufferer, v envious!

not sure but paypal is linked to a bank account so don't know if they can withdraw it from there, have to say what a nasty seller!

haha vicki..in the past I've sold worn out shoes got a rather odd guy offering to buy me shoes when I said I didn't have any knee high boots lol
didnt wanna risk my whole eBay account for it though so I haven't sold any since but there seemed to be an unbelievable Market for that kinda thing!

Your blog post today is very uplifting, particularly the bit about more daylight- yay!!!

How on earth do you do the fancy up-do from Thurs- is it very complicated? It looks fab - step by step guide would be much appreciated!

There was a hilarious discussion on DFW about this last year - the things people will buy is astonishing! I think you just have to have no shame about what you sell and how you describe the listing.

Thank you It's dead easy to do - I can't cope with complicated hair stuff, don't even own a pair of straightners.

Hair up in a high ponytail.
Split it roughly into 6 parts (could probably do fewer but I have quite a lot of hair!)
Twist each part round and round so it curls on itself and jab a few hair pins in at strategic points.
Repeat for all 6 parts
Jab in extra pins throughout the day when it all falls out :rotfl:
