how much can i borrow

i bought a house 3 years ago. now we are lookiing to move into a bigger home. is there any place/service i can use to work out how much i can borrow, so that i can work out a budget range for my new home. i was hoping to let my current home rather than sell, till the market picks up.
no credit issues or outstanding debts/loans, except mortgage.
appreciate ur help and advice.

    yes but you will need to provide speicifc info
  • Speak to your current lender would be a good start point, as they will need to know if you let out the existing home anyway...
