Not sure what is going to happen???

Hi all,

Its been a while since i last posted, but this is what has been happing in the last month or so......

i have stopped paying all my creditors and am still waiting for a charge for payment to allow me to become sequested. i have had delault notices sent to me for both my credit cards and my store card, but no other correspondance from any of the for the last few weeks!!! is this right?

i have also not paid the unsecured loan that i have with NR for the past 2 months but have not received any thing from them no telephone calls and no letters is this right? (or is it because my OH is in a trusted deed and he has advised them that he is)

My husbands trusted deed is protected and we have had our house valued for that purpose and the valuation came back at £260k:eek: while we still owe our mtg £283k and secured loan £83K so that makes us have a neg equity of 106k:eek:, my OH trusted deed is with INVOCAS and they have advised him that they will not look any intrest in the house if we pay them £500, which is fine as we want to keep the house, but i then know that i will have to then pay £500 to the AIB to protect my share of the house is that correct????.

One day i am fine then the next i am in tears and feel that i have nothing to give or live for any more and I know that its silly but thats how i feel, i am trying to live on the budget that my OH TD has set for us( i have no income as i dont work as we have 2 kids under 4 and cant afford the childcare) its hard and cant see how we can cope especially with christmas coming up and 3 kids to look after.

I even feel bad that i cant afford to take the children to Greggs or McDonalds for lunch every now and again, take the two youngest to a soft play area for the afternoon or give my teen some money to go out with her friends - just the small things.

I just feel so sad as i used to feel like a really luck girl my OH and I used to live a happy life as he does have a well paid job and i knowthat this is my punishment for feeling happy about where were in life and not looking after our finances better.

Some days you just feel that the whole world is against you and nothing good will ever happen to you again and that i will never feel happy again even they small thing like playing with my children i dont enjoy anymore.

Really sorry for the rant but dont feel that i can tell my OH all this as he feels that he has let us down enough.

Thanks for reading this if you made it all the way through.

I've been feeling that way for a long time and its only having gone through bankruptcy on Monday that I relise just how much pressure over the years the debt had put on me.

This past month I have had massive highs and massive lows. It looks like we're going to have to live with my mum but I say bring it on. Lets smile again, lets not have a care in the world, lets enjoy our children and above all relax.

I'm angry, embarrassed and a little scared but all of these raw emotions are preferable to the panic of spiralling debt.

I'mnot very good with words but wanted to help you feel better. We all know what you're going through x
