Beko if you don't mind me asking what is the iva company called? I think you should clarify if they are taking a cut because that is YOUR money. The reason why I am asking these questions is because you can get the above services for free.

Hang in there Beko....things will work out....

firstly ...you say an IVA ...is this a formally agreed IVA i.e. a binding agreement or is it still being negoiated?
does it cover £44,000 or just 20,000 of loans/cc and how much have you committed to pay to clear these debts...is that 22k?
how does the remorgage come into this ?

the mortgage repayment figure you give of 900 ..is that for one house or two?
do you rent out the second house..how much do you get for this?

right, what i was thinking if possible is sell the house that i rent out, that just covers the mortgage,i jointly own that with a my dad,(he knows the situation and doesnt mind me having the money)put the money in his account.then either once bankrupt pay the remortgage off(remortgage was to try and save my brothers business thus pay back the money i leant him)or he can pay me a monthly amount to cover the loan

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

beko ring CCCS and Payplan NOW! it may be a little while until you get the call back.....do it NOW! so that you feel you are doing something positive....see what their advice is.....the initial call will take minutes.....post back when you have done it.....sorry I know I am bossy!

beko although you say it is no fault of your own I guess you have to see the lesson learnt in all of this? If you are not in the position to then do not take out loans on other people's behalf, blood relatives included!

You also, when the dust is settled, need to sit your brother down and talk to him. I am assuming he will get another salaried position at some point? If so - he owes you big time....
