The stalks of the rhubarb are ok (like the ones they have in the supermarket) it is just the leaves that are poisonous - not sure how poisonous they are though - will google it and post
Some people have too much time on their hands - didn't know there was so much to know about Rhubarb - if this site doesn't answer it you probably don't need to know
oh lots of freebies there and healthy ones as well,
for instance dandilion tea and nettel tea are supposed to be really good for you
Here's a good tip; most allotment holders (like myself) have a glut at the main harvest months - so I suggest you casually saunter past the old boys on a summers evening and start to chat; you will probably walk away with a hadful of beans, spuds or something nicer😃
Granted/ This is not really "Foraging"!!
One thing people missed: NETTLES- are great in pesto ( River Cottage on line) and soup. Use as an alternative in place of spinach
