:T Many thanks. I have just orderd on from Amazon. I have needed one for when my grandchildren come to visit but haven't seen any good ones cheap enough. I had £10 worth of Amazon voucher from surveys sitting so only paid £1.99 for it. :T

Hiya, just noticed the thread regarding a Lindam stair gate for a puppy, I have a Jack Russell puppy who is just over 10 weeks old so would this stair gate be narrow enough between bars to stop this wee little chap from trying to go up my stairs?
They are on offer in Asda at the moment for £17.99 so if this will be okay i will go and get one but don't want to buy it if the gaps are as wide as the one which i have borrowed, and already have at bottom of the stairs that i have had to wedge cardboard between the gaps!
    Thanks

just checked mine and the biggest gap is about 2 1/2 inches, if thats no good you could put a bit of that thin chipboard stuff behind it as well to block it.
  • Irret, Why don't you try one of the lindam flexi gates? They are adjustable to will no doubt fit your stairs plus they're mesh maternial so no gaps or bars. They are pressure fitted so you can put them as low down or as high up as you need so it should suit you fine. I bought one at asda this week to block of my adjoining kitchen and it's fab!
