Another Amnesty coming up. Specifically targeted at Off Shore Account holders. Does anyone know if, as in the last one, others (non offshore) are able to take advantage of this? Or is it only for Off Shore.

the terms of this HMRC account grab action

Furthermore I would be interested in knowing if Indpendant
NON UK Banks are outside the scope if this,

As far as I am aware for the HMRC to grab the details there
must be a

a) UK based bank employee with the means to access the information
eg a password to a database or
b) A branch or office of the Bank in question in the UK
