i got mortgage in 1994, though an independant advisor. It's with the Abbey and i have an endowment on it. At the time i just agreed to what was offered as i was desparate to leave my ex-bf.
I don't really understand about endowments, and i never really took much notice of the letters sent once a year, so i'm not sure if it will shortfall or not.
The long and the short is i have been unemplyed since Nov and i need to find some money, so is it worth me sending of a mis-sold claim? I am still paying into the endowmwent so should i cash it in as well?
Any advice would be greatley received!!

That isnt grounds for mis-sale.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
i'm not saying that is. But when i got it, i can't remember being explained what would happen if it had a shortfall....it was more pushed that it would pay the mortgage amount and i would get a lump sum as well.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500
