Can someone answer me this question please?
Can you have a CCJ issued against you if you have NEVER been to court and NEVER received paperwork regarding this? Ok I might have received a threat regarding one but nothing followed.
I applied to rent a flat and it failed because i have a CCJ apparently, but I know nothing about this - tried to get my credit report but they are sending me it through the post very annoying.
Stressed!
