    They do get a few creditor petitions who use them, so probably no one on this forum as think 99.9% are debtor petitions.

    I'm a 'Creditor Petitioned' (discharged) Bankrupt, but fortunately never had the displeasure of dealing with these 'people'. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
    I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
    If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

    I had a letter thru the day after BR, but I wasn't even on the IS reg then as I checked, I think it took about two days for me & 3 days for OH. We both received letters.

    There was someone asking for help a while ago, I think his mum had gone br, then these stepped in to help. She had severe dep. From what I understood they bought her house then rented it back - at an extortionate fee, ended up with rent arrears, so they were trying to evict her. He had a few replies to get help from CCCS etc but never posted back. Would have liked to know the outcome.
