mince some prawns and onion, apply a thickish layer to a slice of bread, coat in sesame seeds, cut into triangles and fry up, serve with sweet chille dip.

I like to use them to coat various pastry foodies, like on veggie sausage rolls or plaits. They're also great in nutty cereal-type bars, along with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Good plan, I have half a pack of Sosmix lurking in the cupboard so I could make veggie sausage rolls.
