Im confused can you help?

My husband is paying £30 a month to Intrum Justicia. It is for a loan from RBS a few years ago and will take forever to pay off.

We had a phone call from a company the other day saying that if you have an old loan they may be able to wipe the debt if they can prove it wasnt set up properly or something along those lines. But they want £295 fee for looking into it etc.

Does anyone know what they are talking about? Can we get this debt cleared if its at a dca? I dont have any of the loan papers anymore - what can we do ?

Thanks

they want your money up front. dont touch them with a barge pole.
they offer we will try, you send your money, they say they tried, couldnt do it.
    Bobs your uncle.

Give them and anyother like them a wide berth.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
