    you can only pin a maximum of 40, so can unpin the msn default ones if you want more for your custom ones
    I'm sure that we're allowed more than 40.

    Anyway, you can 'steal' other people's emoticons by right clicking them and choosing 'add' (or something along those lines), then all you need to do is think of a short code to use for it.
