In october I bought a lovely pair of black suede boots. I've worn them quite a bit and noticed that the sole of the right foot was getting thin, so I looked on their website to see if they still had them. I couldn't find them so I rang customer services and after a very pleasant man checked for them and found a pair in stock, he transferred me to a lady who said that they would count as faulty and they would send me a new pair free of charge! She then added that as they had gone down in price she would also refund £20!
Fantastic sevice and very polite staff, they really surprised me!

Same thing happened to me. I bought a squall jacket after about 2 years the cuff lost its shape. I rang them to see if I could get a new cuff put on, at my expense.
They sent me a new jacket free.
Cannot fault them.0 -
