Good morning!!! What rubbish weather we have today, ah well 16 more days till me hols:jI'm more excited than the kids!!!
Wearing skinny jeans(next) cami(m&S) with a long cardy(primark) over it and wellies and my north face waterproof to go and walk the dogs. I feel that the craft box may be making an apperance today to keep my angels happy today.
Think i may resurrect what's left of my winter wardrobe, i mean it was getting dark around 8 p.m last night and theres a chill in the air today. Did we have a summmer??.....i must of missed it:rolleyes:

Morning all!
Absolutely vile this morning. I'm very envious of your forthcoming hols, Sharron.
I'm eBaying this morning, dashing off to Pilates (a mile long walk in this glorious weather, ho-hum!) then attempting to reupholster a Lloyd Loom ottoman I snaffled last week from a chazza shop.
Silk hareem pants in grey with purple tribal print (70p Indian street market)
Purple ribbed vest (TopShop about 3 years ago, one of those buy 2 for £9 deals)
Indigo racer back vest with embroidered cyclamen paisley on the back (£1.80 ex-catalogue shop)
Black rubber flip flops (Indian street market, approx. 50p)
Indian tribal bangles and rings
Jade carved Buddha pendant set in silver on chunky silver snake chain (Tibetan refugee market, Karnataka £8)
Uban Outfitters' Peacock feather earrings (5p car boot sale)
Will add the following when I leave the house:
Vintage Levi's skinny denim jacket (£4 chazza shop 5 years ago)
Purple silk hobo bag with embroidered silver peacock design (India £1.50)
Have a nice day!0 -
Hello all. Hope you're all in fine fettle on this grey day!
Here's mine:
Dark skinnies (Levi's, £40)
Navy and white striped jersey t-shirt (Topshop, £16)
Black cotton blazer with upturned cuffs (American Apparel, £20)
Navy flip flops with flamingo print (Accessorize sale, £3)
Big black cocktail ring (Vintage shop, £6)
Gold chain necklace with peach ribbon (Vintage fair, £2)
Red patent quilted bag with chain handles and leopard print lining (Matalan, £8)
My fashionable moneysaving goal for today: Put the dress I bought on eBay, back on eBay! It looked like a delightful floral French Connection number in the picture... it's actually a very out-dated, printed shift. Yeesh!0 -

Morning all, hope you're all well.
Do you ever have one of those days when you get dressed, leave the house, get on the Tube, pick up a coffee, get to work and then realise that the clothes you're wearing should have been thrown out weeks ago?
I'm sure you don't actually, I think you're probably a lot better at checking the mirror in the mornings than I am.
Anyway. I'm in a pair of grey combats which I've now decided are distinctly past their best and need binning/recycling/giving away. They're just... scruffy. And I don't like feeling scruffy. Having virtually no sleep last night hasn't helped, admittedly. Oh well. Onwards and upwards, and all that. Might take a wander down Regent Street at lunchtime and see if I can re-trouser.
So it's as follows this morning:
Aforementioned grey combats, French Connection; £15 in the sale
Pink Gap t-shirt; about £10 (another 30% off purchase)
Grey trainers; £25 from OfficeGrammarGirl wrote: »It looked like a delightful floral French Connection number in the picture... it's actually a very out-dated, printed shift. Yeesh!
I've met men like that. Look great in the picture, in real life outdated and shifty.
Dee-lightful.
Seriously though, isn't it rubbish when that happens? I've had Ebay disappointments several times. At least you can try to sell it on - someone will love it and give it a home!"I'm not a one-trick pony. I'm not a ten-trick pony. I'm a whole field of ponies - and they're all literally running towards this job."

Morning all!
I'm taking it easy this morning, catching up on chores etc, as will be on the go from early afternoon til late today.
One of today's MS tasks will be to launder the Chazza shop skirt I got yesterday and if I've got time, have a look at a few websites to try and build a couple of interesting outfits around it and what I've already got. Should check on polyvore actually, it's really good for that!
Comfy easy clothes for pottering in this morning and actually the weather here is not too bad so will be my lovely white M&S linen shorts and Monsoon white linen top from last year's sale. I will so miss this this lovely light free and easy style, once we have to start packing on the winter layers. I know some people look forward to winter fashions, but think I'm a warm weather girl at heart!
Have a good day my virtual budddies; wherever you are and whatever you're up to!!

Yes. Yes I do. But then that is because I am currently mid-wardrobe overhaul, having accepted that I cannot dress like a student all the time any more...
Anyhoo, today I am off work before my big scary exciting two weeks of running the office. Have already had a fairly massive bombshell dropped on me this morning which I am still feeling very mixed up about. But hey ho, got to press on I suppose.
So far today I have been to the post office to send out some books I sold on Play.com and listed a few more on there. The rest of the day will be spent listing books, working on job applications and tidying my bedroom.
Today's outfit for all that is:
- Green and white checked shirt (New Look)
- Long sleeved white top under shirt (Dorothy Perkins)
- Blue/black slightly flared jeans (Gap)
- Black and grey socks with silver, turquoise and yellow stripes (Dorothy Perkins)
- Silver initial necklace (Tiffany's, Christmas present from parents)
- Silver and diamond ring (Hot Diamonds, 18th birthday present from parents)
- Silver watch (Storm, 21st birthday present from boyfriend)
- Amber and silver earrings (20th birthday present from boyfriend, bought somewhere during his travels in eastern Europe)
Hair is tied back with green hairband (no idea where it's from) as I'm thinking about having it cut shorter at the back and am trying out what it looks like. No make-up or perfume though today, I tend not to wear it on a 'house day'.
