aww BB sorry you're hurting. What's brought this on? do you have a dodgy chair or something in your new job?
I'm seriously stressednot having such a great day myself.

I am thanks. Work has kind of exploded at the mo so very very busy.
How have you been (apart from feeling carp today)?0 -
jinky - no worries - thankyou for it - I think on a normal day I'd fall off my chair but I feel awful at the moment, a real 'where's my teddy bear' moment, haven't felt like this for a very long time.
Toto - not sure, I think I slept too heavily on my left hand side. It was sore (it's the iliac joint) when I woke and was sore at work. Came home at lunch, put PC on, it went zzzzzzzzzzz BANG! and a big blue flash came out of the grill at the side, also knocking all the power out on the sockets. Flicked it back on and as I stood it felt a bit weird. Went back to work and as I sat the spasms started and everytime I stand, I am scared to (imagine mixing cramp with a big electric shock) because it hurts and I am walking really stiffly. I think I must have trapped the sciatic nerve (it's on my weak side) or have inflamed the joint. I only have half a diazepam left after taking half earlier so am really trying to eek it out and keep that half for the morning. Have had a bit of a cocktail of drugs today generally
Doesn't help that the washing machine is in the middle of the kitchen (right in front of the sink so I can't get to wash up). Left there this morning by OH so I could clean the floor where it has been. God, it was gross under there. Took me an hour to be able to lift and then use hoover and then lift/use mop/fill bucket etc because of my back being so painful
.
OH is at football practice (and then club ) so no chance of it being done by him. Apparently he is going to let his DS change the socket in the morning (not too keen on that but apparently he knows what to do), I'm happy for it to stay hard wired and the guy installing the machine is happy so I'm not sure why OH is so hell bent on changing it"Stay Wonky":D

Ste - not bad before today - started new job on Monday so am climbing back up the ladder and will hopefully keep climbing.
I stopped last night and realised what I've now achieved. I'm back in a management position (albeit it quite a low ranking one) and I have an administrator doing work for me and I feel comfortable delegating and making plans with her for us to work together to get the project back on track.......I think I've beaten 'her' once and for all...."Stay Wonky":D
