Tesco Returns

Hi,
I've bought a whole load of shampoo from Tesco, only to get home to realise from sister its the wrong product...
Can you take shampoo/conditioner back and get a refund?? its un-opened obviously!.. Also does it have to be returned to the same tescos?
Also do I keep any clubcard points I got when I bought them?

    People have been barred from stores for deliberately doing this......but it was found out that they were doing it regulary, to gain the points, or after using lots of coupons.....

    Yes, Tescos will take it back(within 28 days)...but may ask you first to exchange it for the product you should have bought (lol).....and depending on either, how suspicious you look, or the mood of the CS on the day, you could get away without having your points reclaimed..... no doubt they are the recent shampoos with the added points.....(another lol) ....

    I could hardly write this for laughing..........I bet you havent even got a sister........but my answer still applies!!
