Beware this uses Smartmedia format memory cards which are as far as I know no longer being made. Other than that it is an updated version of my first digital camera which took some lovely photos but which was hopelessly outdated when I replaced it 3 years ago.

to be honest......you get more pixels on a phone camera these days.....go for the medion one.

It's not all about the pixels. Optical quality is far more important and I suspect that Fuji will far outrank Medion in that respect. It's the garbage in - garbage out principle.

The cheap fuji cameras usually have pretty rubbish lens too - they have a reputation for it, although I can't imagine the medion one being very good. hmm.

I would not even consider a Medion the Fuji will be much better even with 1.3Mp

Ignore the comment above about camera phones the output from this camera will be in a totally different league to even the best phone.

edit: It is out of stock anyway.
  • I had this camera a long time ago, was very pleased with it at the time. Obviously there's a lot better to be had now but for £20 it's a bargain if you can get hold of one.

    Hi all,

I'm considering buying a batch of cheap digital camera's for my Wedding this Year. Rather than have the usual disposable ones on the tables I was going to have digital ones.

Do you think any camera's in this price range would be suitable?

    Cheers
