Hello,
I was wondering if I could get a couple of opinions on my chances of a mortgage offer?
I am a first time buyer with a 25% deposit so I require a mortgage for £59000. My downfalls are that I am currently on a DMP paying £130 a month with about £4000 on that. I had 3 ccjs alltogether under the value of £1500 and satisfied in 2007 and early 2008. 4 defaults are still showing on my credit file from when i was advised by cccs to not make any more payments to creditors etc. My salary is £19000 plus 1000 bonus yearly. I was turned away with a 10% deposit (when I was lokng at cheaper houses that needed work doing) and told to come back with a 25% which I now have. My credit file looks good apart from the obvious ie phones/gym/car payments all paid never missed in 10 years. The only other financial commitment I have is £90 car payment until Dec.
Would really appriciate any opinions thank you :-)
