Hi
It sounds as though the creditor has asked for a redetermination hearing.
Im guessing that you replied to the claim form and made an offer of payment which the creditor rejected and therefore the court set based on the financial statement you completed yes?
In this instance then both you and the creditor had 14 days to ask for a re-determination hearing is one of you didnt agree with the courts decision. So from what you say above it sounds like the creditor has done this.
You need to attend the hearing and ensure your financial statement is correct. Can I ask, do you own your home? As if you do it could be that the creditor is going to go for a forthwith judgment (payable straightaway) and then an interim charging order followed by a final charge. However I am just surmising as this is a normal route of creditors. Also, who is the creditor?

i dont know what will happen specifically however, providing that you are carrying out payments as instructed by the court, no other court will over rule that just because the bank doesn't agree with it.
At the end of the day, you have provided the court with your budget of incomings and outgoings and the court has made its decision based on that information and based on what the bank was requesting.
i doubt very much that any other court would change it just because the bank aren't happy. On the Keyboard of Life - Always Keep a finger poised over the Esc Key! :rotfl:0 -
Oh and the reason it is at your local court is that is the procedure for a re-determination hearing
