If its unsweetened it would go fab with chilli con carne
Or if sweetened ,with mascarpone and fruit ?

there is a recipe idea on thier website
    http://www.hotelchocolat.co.uk/recipe-cocoa-penne-Apennecocoa/

Also has a top 10 ideas for it's use
    1. Served in wine glass mixed with Prosecco sauce and berries.
    2. Perfect for a side with full-flavored saucy meat dishes.
    3. Make a quick and easy, yet original dessert with a bit of honey and cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
    4. Drizzle with our Cocoa bean and chilli olive oil, finish off with grated Parmesan cheese.
    5. Serve with Tomato sauce – a spicy Puttanesca is particularly good
    6. A pasta salad with roasted vegetables and balsamic dressing
    7. A creamy, cheesy pasta bake using strong-flavored cheeses
    8. Autumnal side dish with dried fruits and nuts in a citrus vinaigrette dressing.
    9. Tossed with pesto or tapenade
    10. Fresh summer dessert with strawberries, marscapone and balsamic vinegar in a wine glass.

Hi there, this is only half a reply, as I've forgotten the name, but there's a Jewish dessert made with noodles/tagliatelle type pasta with a rich creamy custard like suace, which might be good with this. I've only had it once, years ago, at an ex boyfriends' mother's house, but it was delicious. I will try and remember it's name and come back, or it will ring a bell with someone on here, and they'll post with more info.
