Sims 3 won't register

Have made a big mistake.

I am sure 99.9% sure i registered my sims 3 online, on the community website it has and got 2nd town, which you can only get when you register the game.

I hadn't needed to go back onto the site, but having upgraded from XP to Vista, the sims 3 obviously needed to be installed again.

You guessed it, have forgotten my login to the website, have tried all the email addresses i can think of (could of been mine, or OH's as i could of created the account in his name).

So i created another login for the website, it won't let me register the game, says the serial code is invalid, which i am presuming it is saying that because the game is registered under another account.

How on earth can i fix this??

Emailed EA, waste of time as got a general reply dated April sometime saying they were aware of the issue regarding people registering games and to wait 48 hours and try again, well i waited a week and it made no difference.

So what do i do???
