BTL Mortgage C&G or Lloyds

Hi,
I am looking for a BTL mortgage 60% LTV for about £140k.
I am liking the look of Lloyds TSB / C&G 5.19% fixed for 3 years. You seem to get the same think if you apply via Lloyds or C&G.
My question is which is likely to be more efficient / speedy with the application process? Or are they all the same organisation now?
Also, which will be faster, in branch or on line?
many thanks for any views.

C&G are no longer lending through the branches. You have to use a LloydsTSB.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
