    If it is ovenproof and can withstand the thermal shock, when you pour the cold batter into it when hot, yes.

    If it shatters, no.

    We just do it using the ordinary pudding tray, we have the ones with
    4 in, cut up the sausage into chunks and then put the pudding mix in
    :D
