Hi again,
BR filled on March 17.
I had my morgage with Northern Rock and around 4 months ago I received a letter asking me to vacate the property...So I did.
So far I did not get any other letter from Norther Rock...
The question is: Will I be discharged automatically ( or with luck Early discharged )? I am not sure what it's going with the flat ...

Either way you'll be discharged at 12mnths or sooner if your lucky enough to receive an early discharge....wouldnt worry too much about the flat the OR will be in touch if they need to..
Keep checking the insolvency site for updates on your status in a few months

I dont think I'll get an ED because of the reposession...but who knows.
I've been quite coperative with the OR and I have been paying my IPA every month ...0 -
The repossession will have no bearing on whether or not you get ED

I was given ED and the repossession of my property is still pending. The trustee wasn't interested in the property and I was discharged after 6 months.
Good luck.Come ride with me, through the veins of history...
